Which of the following is true for EMPLOYEES trying to determine if their Employer is Required to Have Coverage?

A: If the employer is a state or local government, the employer is not required to carry workers compensation coverage.
B: If the employer is in the construction industry, and has one (1) or more employees (including him/herself), the employer is required to carry workers compensation coverage (an exempted corporate officer or member of a limited liability company does not count as an employee).
C: If the employer is an industry related organization, the employer is not required to carry workers compensation coverage.
D: If the employer is a farmer with 6 regular full-time employees, the employer is not required to carry workers compensation coverage.
