NEC Article 590 covers temporary installations such as construction site power.

In Oregon, Section 590.8 was revised to read as follows:

590.8(A) Where reused. Overcurrent protective devices that have been previously used and are installed in a temporary installation shall be examined to ensure they have been properly installed and properly maintained, and there is with no evidence of impending failure.
